This website has been developed because government told us to. The Department for Education and Skills (known as DfES) wants all Councils to develop a website that holds information about services for children and young people, that are available across all of the agencies that may work with you, such as health, schools, youth services, Connexions, social services, etc, etc.

This is all part of what is called Information Sharing & Assessment (or ISA).

It is hoped that it will be used by all those people who work with children, young people and their families across all agencies in Torbay, and most importantly, by you and your families.

Although there may not be much information here at the moment that you find useful, that is because we have only just started.
